Summer 2011…….Where were you?

August 22nd, 2011 § Leave a Comment

Well, I must apologize as it has been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been taking a break through the summer months to follow some different personal passions and to find some new inspirations as well.
Sometimes life gives us detours that we may not expect. These experiences can be both exciting and painful. (You know, the kind of stuff that songs are written about).
Hence, a new fire, passion and inspirations may be the result without looking any further for them.
Ultimately however, I think these life lessons help to give us personal growth and direction as we progress through our path in this world. Honestly, sometimes I have to stop and wonder how it all will make sense in the end.
For me, I guess that’s really the point. To live more in the moment and to not try so hard to figure it all out. My new daily life mantra? No expectations, no conditions. And to learn to project more love, openness, and forgiveness in my life. Surely I will be less disappointed in people and myself in the end!……Until soon, Peace
